I have a medical condition, is the academy ok for me?
This will depend on what the medical condition is. Please check with your doctor before joining and undertaking any nutrition, activity and lifestyle practices mentioned within this membership. This membership is designed to educate and inform. It does not constitute medical advice. My coaching and this academy are not intended to substitute medical advice from your GP. If you'd like to discuss this a bit more, please click here to set up a call to discuss your individual situation.
How much time do I need to invest in the academy?
I've packed a lot of features into this membership to provide such epic value. But it's up to you how much of those features you use and how much time you wish to commit to the content available each month. At the least, if you have 10-15 minutes a day, that will be enough to follow the main content and take some serious action to implement it. The beauty of the process is that you'll learn how to make progress even when you're short on time. You make your plan fit your life, rather than the other way around. When you're short on time, always put priority on the DOING, rather than reading or watching content. I'll break each month down into sections so if you're short on time you can cut to the chase, and if you've got more to spare you can dive a bit deeper. The more time you schedule in to invest in this though, the better results you'll get!
What diet plan will I have to follow?
The academy doesn't prescribe a specific diet plan. You'll be shown guiding principles based on the research and will be shown how you can tailor it to your needs. You don't have to include or exclude anything you don't want to! I'll give you plenty of ideas to make it flexible.
What if I don't use the academy?
My aim in the academy is to make the process usable and accessible to everyone, no matter what's going on in their lives. If you're not using it we can catch up to see if there's a way I can break it down or help you out. I'm dedicated to helping you succeed! But, if it's not right for you, then you can cancel at any time. (see next Q)
What if I need to cancel - Am I tied into a contract?
Nope! No contracts here, you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged anything further. Your access to the academy and the facebook group will continue until the end of your paid period (i.e. end of the month if on a monthly membership and at the end of 12 months from join date if on an annual membership). Due to the nature of content delivery, I'm unable to provide refunds.
I'm not quite ready yet - can I join later?
Yep! The academy will stay open for now, so you can join at a later date BUT you will miss out on all the bonuses listed above! Remember though - there is no "right time" there is only now! The academy is designed to be used no matter what's going on in your life. Your health doesn't just stop when you get busy, every choice makes a difference, so I'd challenge you to ask...what are you waiting for? Is life really going to get less busy? What's happening to your brain in the meantime? Imperfect action beats perfect inaction every day of the week, so if your brain health is important to you, start now and do whatever you can!
