STEP ONE // GET STARTED
Once you're signed up you'll get the link to create your account within the coaching platform. For a few days prior to the start of the programme you'll get some introductory info around navigating and using the app, tracking metrics, establishing your level and how to become a good "habit changer". You'll also get the link to the closed Facebook group so you can connect with me and your fellow HxH'ers right away!
STEP TWO // FOLLOW THE HABIT MODULES + CREATE DAILY ACTION
Each month, you'll work through 2-3 habits, one at a time. Each habit contains daily lessons, check ins, worksheets, tips or tricks. Use as few or as many of the tools as you like. They're all psychological and practical habit change tools at your disposal! You can message me at any time and I'll provide coaching and feedback through the app too.
STEP THREE // ATTEND WEEKLY Q+A CALLS
Get ready for maximum support with your vision, goals and execution! Attend WEEKLY live Q&A calls with me within the Facebook group. Submit your questions and know that you are fully supported and never “stuck” or "failing" in any part of the process. Get involved in the Facebook community for feedback and support from others who are right there in the process with you, or those who have overcome the hurdles you may be facing.
STEP FOUR // WATCH THE HABITS FORM AND THE RESULTS FLOW!
Before you know it you'll be forging your way to a new normal and - if you follow the programme principles - it won't hurt a bit!
